(B) Immunoblots from A were quantified using ImageJ software and plotted on a histogram. (C) A microarray analysis of differentially regulated genes at day 5 of gestation comparing wild-type and Stat6^-/- mammary glands. Genes listed displayed a statistically significant change across three biological replicates with a P value of <0.01.
