Wholemounts of diaphragm muscles from three 3-week-old mice were stained with antibodies to neurofilament (NF) and synaptophysin (Syn) to label axons and presynaptic nerve terminals, respectively, and with Texas-Red -Bungarotoxin (TR--BGT) to label AChRs.
