Files in this Data Supplement:
Movie 1. Visualisation of axon outgrowth and nucleokinesis from pEGFP-N1 electroporated E12 rhombic lip explants faced with a netrin 1 source. Axons grow directly and continuously toward the netrin 1 source, and the nuclei follow their leading process through saltatory translocation. Migrating neurons present a long monopolar process and a small transient trailing process.
Movie 2. Visualisation of axon outgrowth and nucleokinesis from E12 rhombic lip explants faced with a netrin 1 source, in presence of 20 µM Y-27632. Upon inhibition of the Rock1/2 signaling pathway, axon pathfinding is faster, looses its orientation toward netrin 1 source and develops in various orientations. No nuclear migration can occur.
