At 22°C, in some instances (B, arrow), the DV interface is obviously disturbed despite continuous Wg expression. At 18°C, the DV interface is normal or subtly disturbed, and Wg expression is normal, whereas, at 29°C, the DV interface is grossly disturbed, and Wg is not expressed.
