  Fig. S1. Minute^-/+ cells have normal extracellular Wg distribution. Extracellular Wg staining in discs bearing clones for a sing copy mutation of Minute genes on chromosome arm 2R (A,A¢) or 3L (B,B¢). The wild-type cells are marked by the absence of GFP and the Minute^-/+ cells are marked by GFP. The extracellular Wg distributions in these discs are normal. The genotypes of fly strains used are: y w hsp70-flp/+ or Y; FRT^G13 ubiquitin-GFP M(2)58F / FRT^G13 (A,A¢); and y w hsp70-flp/+ or Y; hsp70-Myc-GFP M(3)i⁵⁵ FRT^2A/ FRT^2A (B,B¢)
