  Fig. S1. Lineage analysis of Olig1-Cre-expressing cells using the Olig1-Cre and Rosa26-eYFP mouse lines. Immunohistochemistry with antibodies against GFP (A,D,G,J) and Olig2 (B,E,H,K) was used to analyze cross sections of the brachial region of embryos heterozygous for both Olig1-Cre and Rosa26-eYFP. From the superimposed images (C,F,I,L), it is clear that all Olig2⁺-positive cells (B,E,H,K) strongly express eYFP (A,D,G,J). Scale bar: 50 mm.
