About the Cover
Cover: A neurosphere-like body (NLB) immunostained for neuronal (red) and glial (green) markers. NLBs are generated in cultures of foetal and postnatal mouse gut from neural crest-derived enteric nervous system progenitor cells (EPCs). Self-renewing EPCs are maintained in NLBs and give rise to neuronal and glial progeny in culture and upon transplantation into the gut wall. See article by Bondurand et al. on p. 6387.
