Cover: Confocal image showing a larval zebrafish brain at 57 hpf double-stained for acetylated tubulin (red) and phospho histone H3 (green). The anti-tubulin staining reveals the fiber tracts, whereas the anti-phospho histone staining shows the proliferating neural progenitors in the midbrain of the stained specimen. In acerebellar (Fgf8) mutants, proliferation of these progenitors is defective. See article by Jászai et al. on p. 6611.
