Cover: Three-dimensional rendering of a normal frog embryo at the end of gastrulation, in the mid-sagittal plane. The archenteron (large cavity) has formed and expanded, and the blastopore has closed. Normal completion of each of these processes requires Dishevelled signaling in the marginal zone.
