Cover: Excess sensory hair cell production and abnormal proliferation in a Dll1hyp/- Jag2-/- double mutant cochlea. Sagittal section immunolabelled with anti-myosin VIIa to detect hair cells (red) and anti-BrdU to detect proliferating cells (green). Cell nuclei are stained with DAPI (blue). Two BrdU-labelled supporting cells that should have exited the cell cycle can be observed just beneath the hair cells. See article by Kiernan et al. on p. 4353.
