Cover: Confocal micrograph of the neuromuscular innervation pattern of an abdominal hemisegment of a living Drosophila larva. Body wall muscles and the postsynaptic apparatus are stained with a green fluorescent protein. Motor nerves and presynaptic terminals express a red fluorescent protein.
